Questions most frequently asked by our clients.1. How can I confirm my booking?
After making the reservation, we will automatically send you a voucher by e-mail with all the details (date, time, driver's name, meeting place). If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us to resend it.
2. Are child seats included in the booking?
Yes, our reservations include chairs and seats for children or babies, as required by law, at no extra cost - as long as they are requested in advance.
3. Will my vehicle be shared with other passengers?
No. All RT Algarve Transfers transfers are private, without sharing with other passengers, unless you opt for a specific sharing service.
4. How much luggage can I take?
Each passenger is entitled to take one backpack and one 10kg handbag. Large items such as extra suitcases, golf bags or surfboards can be carried at an additional cost, provided that these items are informed more than 72 hours in advance, for vehicle adjustment.
5. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations free of charge are allowed up to 72 hours before the transfer. In the event of a no-show without notice, there may be a penalty. To change or cancel, simply contact us.
6. How can I change the reservation?
We can change booking details (time, pick-up location) as long as this is done at least 72 hours in advance. Depending on the changes, there may be an additional charge.
7. Where can I find my driver at the airport?
The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, usually with a sign bearing your name. You will receive clear instructions on the voucher or by e-mail.
8. What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight schedule. In the event of a delay, we automatically adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost.
